DELIVERY

Orders from AVI-8 are delivered worldwide are free of charge. Please note, however, that we unfortunately cannot ship to Russia, India and Brazil at this time due to customs issues.

Also be advised that we do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX address and a valid physical address would be required in order to process your order.

All orders from http://www.avi-8.com will be delivered within 5-7 business days upon successful verification and payment processing.

All AVI-8 Orders are shipped from our International Warehouses outside of EU and prices mentioned on website are non-inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties which may apply depending on where in the world you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer. Please contact the local customs office in your country for more information

If items could not be cleared at customs and are returned to us; re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.

AVI-8 is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be able to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery, providing your purchased AVI-8 is:

  • Unworn
  • In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached.
  • In its original packaging supplied with the purchase.

To return an item, log-in to your account,  if you hold an account on Shopify store and select Order History, then ‘Return an Item’ using the tab at the top of the page and follow the simple steps from there.

If you don't have a Shopify Account, Please write to us via this link and we will get back to you with the confirmation. Products returned without our confirmation will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be issued.

Please remember to enclose your order number with your return, stating if you would like a refund, credit or exchange. Please try and make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. Spinnaker cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.

Once we receive your returned order, we will verify the product and packaging as being unworn and undamaged, we will issue you a refund deducting original shipping expenses or US$ 40 whichever is more.

If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged, we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost.
